My TikTok name is @ydkbecca0k↗, a student of Crawford University and I never imagined I would be active on social media, talk more of growing a following.

I’ve always been an introvert. Growing up, my mum didn’t like me going outside, so I spent most of my childhood indoors.

I didn’t really have friends. My world was books, movies, and staying to myself. That lifestyle followed me into secondary school and even after. 🥶

After finishing school, I went to learn work. One day, my boss mentioned TikTok and how she watches funny videos there to relax. That got me curious. 💕

I downloaded the app just🤷‍♀️to see what people were doing.

At first, I only watched videos. Then I started making mine for fun. I enjoyed it more than I expected. Gradually, my videos started getting attention, my followers grew, and some of my content went viral 🤯.

That was when I realized TikTok helped me connect with people in a way that felt natural to me. I didn’t have to change who I was. I could still be introverted and express myself.

Today, I have over 13,000 followers. TikTok has helped me meet people, build confidence, and even earn money doing something I enjoy. ✨💕

Sometimes 😊, trying something new is all it takes to discover a different side of yourself.
